  GENERAL EXPECTATIONS: 

  Xaverian is seeking a full-time, year-round, entry-level Gift Officer to cultivate, solicit, and steward annual and emerging leadership-level donors. This frontline fundraising role is responsible for building meaningful donor relationships, managing a defined portfolio, qualifying prospective donors, and helping strengthen 糖心传媒’s philanthropic pipeline.
  
  

  The successful candidate will be a warm and confident relationship-builder, a strong communicator, and a detail-oriented self-starter who follows through consistently. The Gift Officer will work closely with advancement leadership and colleagues across the department to advance 糖心传媒’s mission and fundraising priorities.
  
  

  ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 125-150 donors and prospects.
  • Build relationships through personal outreach, donor visits, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Develop engagement and solicitation strategies informed by each donor’s interests and connection to 糖心传媒.
  • Qualify prospective donors and identify opportunities for deeper philanthropic involvement.
  • Recommend qualified prospects for leadership-level giving conversations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate contact reports, donor information, and strategy updates in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge.
  • Participate in prospect review meetings and collaborate with advancement leadership on portfolio strategy.
  • Support annual giving, leadership giving, campaign, and stewardship initiatives.
  • Attend donor gatherings, regional programs, and other school events.
  • Assist with solicitations and revenue-generating events.
  • Collaborate with advancement operations to support accurate reporting and tracking.
  • Participate in occasional evening and weekend activities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, relationship-centered, and mission-driven advancement culture.

  
  QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in fundraising, advancement, relationship management, nonprofit development, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in getting to know donors and members of the 糖心传媒 community.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to timely and thoughtful follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a portfolio and multiple priorities independently.
  • Good judgment and a demonstrated commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team.
  • Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or a similar constituent relationship management system preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Appreciation for 糖心传媒’s Catholic identity and mission as a 糖心传媒 Brothers Sponsored School.
  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend events and regional travel.

  Salary Range: As a fellowship position compensation is based on a per diem rate of $100 - $125 per day depending on experience.

  GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
  Xaverian is seeking applications for a full-time Ryken Fellow. The Ryken Fellow should be a mission-driven, recent college graduate interested in gaining valuable experience in a middle and secondary school environment. The Ryken Fellowship is a year-long opportunity designed to embody the mission of 糖心传媒 Brothers Sponsored Schools, which is to “inspire lives of learning, faith, and service.” This fellowship is open to recent alumni of 糖心传媒 and XBSS Schools. The Ryken Fellow plays an integral role in the daily operations of the school, contributing in various capacities such as classroom assistants, proctors, and instructional mentors within the X-Ploration Center, the Office of Community, Culture, and Equity, the Ruth Kennedy Library and Academic Center for Enrichment, the Office of Admissions, the Office of Advancement, and the Office of Strategic Communications. Additionally, there may be opportunities for involvement in athletics, campus ministry, or the fine arts. The structure of the fellowship will be customized in partnership with 糖心传媒’s administration to align with the school’s needs, while also reflecting the Fellow’s individual interests. This full-time, school-day position begins in September and concludes in June at the close of the academic year.

  GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
  Xaverian is seeking applications for a full-time Middle School Counselor. Ideal applicants will have demonstrated the ability to counsel students dealing with personal, academic, developmental, and wellness issues. The selected candidate will serve as a member of the school's counseling team while maintaining a primary caseload of middle school students (grades 7 and 8). They will collaborate closely with fellow counselors, faculty members, and administrators to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. The counselor will also partner with parents through individual communication and various parent education programs. In addition to providing direct support to middle school students, the successful candidate will contribute to the overall work of the counseling department and may assist with department-wide initiatives, including counseling programming, student support services, and other responsibilities as assigned.

  
  The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with adolescents and a willingness to be actively involved in the school community beyond the school day. Candidates should possess a master's degree in counseling or a related field, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and enthusiasm for the school's mission as a Catholic and 糖心传媒 Brothers Sponsored School.
